Location

The plot is located in the Chernihiv region, Nizhyn district, within the settlement of Nosivka, these are the lands of the Nosivka urban territorial community.

The Nosivka urban territorial community has a sufficient transport network. The external and internal transport connections of the community are carried out by road and railway.

The regional highway O250248 passes next to the plot, the distance from the plot to the T2526 highway is 7.9 km.

This is a road of territorial significance in the Chernihiv region, it runs through the territory of the former Bobrovytsia, Nosivka and Nizhyn districts between the village of Novaya Basanya and the city of Nizhyn through the cities of Bobrovytsia and Nosivka and nearby villages. The total length is 71.9 km.

Nosivka railway station is 2.1 km away, it is an intermediate station of the 4th class of the Kyiv Directorate of the South-Western Railway and the Nizhyn-Kyiv-Passenger line between the Kosmichna and Doslidna stops. It is located in the city of Nosivka, Nizhyn district, Chernihiv region.

Project features, development concept

According to the general plan of the industrial park, the construction of innovative industrial complexes is envisaged, which combine production and environmental standards to promote sustainable modern development. The site is located within the boundaries of a settlement. The territory is not an architectural monument of national and/or local importance.

The initiator of the creation of the industrial park “NOSIVSKY HOSPODARSTVA” has previously designed an architectural concept. Taking into account the technical characteristics of the site, the approximate area of ​​​​the future buildings will be 67,322 sq. m.

Entry and exit to the park territory will be carried out from the facade, by three roads. Their technical characteristics and construction cost will be determined at the next stages of the development of the industrial park. It is planned to build a branch of the railway branch to the territory of the industrial park from the southwestern side of the site. A multimodal terminal and three warehouse complexes will be located there, all buildings are single-story. On the northwestern side there are two one-story industrial buildings, near them in the middle of the site there is a solar power plant with an area of ​​7160 sq. m, it has the shape of a triangle. Next to the solar power plant there are five one-story industrial buildings. The buildings, which are located behind them on the second line, adjoin the buildings located along the facade. Near each building there is a parking lot for vehicles, and green areas for the recreation of employees and visitors.
