The village of Fursy is located 95 km from the capital of Ukraine, Kyiv.
Several internal suburban and intercity bus routes pass through the territory of the Fursy village council. The nearest railway station is 8 km. from the site in the city of Bila Tserkva.
The land plot is very well located in terms of transport accessibility. The closest route to the site is Highway N-02 “M-19 – Kremenets – Bila Tserkva – Rzhyshchiv – Kaniv – Sofiivka” – a national highway in Kyiv and Ternopil regions.
The facade of the site overlooks Pershotravneva Street, and the intersection with Geological Street. This is a two-way asphalt road in fairly good condition. Not far from the site is a public transport stop.
500 meters from the border of the site is the territory of the Bila Tserkva Airfield.

Project features, development concept
The development plan of the industrial park provides for the placement of a production and warehouse complex with buildings and structures of class IV-V sanitary classification, the project plans to leave the adjacent territories unchanged. The project defines a system of roads, proposes their routing taking into account existing conditions and regulatory requirements.
According to the functional use, the design area provides for the placement of a public zone (administrative buildings) and an industrial and utility-warehouse zone.
Technical zones are separately allocated with the placement of a transformer substation, garbage container sites, a fire tank, local treatment facilities and a fire extinguishing agent storage site, as well as an open parking area for cars.
The necessary complex of engineering and technical structures for the full functioning of the facilities is fully located within the design area.
Adjacent plots include agricultural areas, solar power plant areas, and air transport enterprise areas.
When establishing the development regime of the territory, the distance to the red lines of streets, as well as the protection zones of engineering networks and structures, was taken into account.
