The plots are located outside the settlement on the territory of the Bila Tserkva urban territorial community (former Terezyn settlement council) of the Bila Tserkva district of the Kyiv region
The plots are located to the northwest of the city of Bila Tserkva. The plots are surrounded on three sides by roads and on the western side by a railway branch. The Protoka River also passes near the plots.
Currently, the park territory is accessible by the following roads: from – M05 Kyiv-Odesa; Ivan Kozhedub Street; Khrapachanska Street.
An additional advantage of the plot is also the presence of an operating railway, which runs along the entire plot and enters the territory of the industrial park. This adds commercial and communication attractiveness to this plot.

Project features, development concept
According to the previous master plan of the industrial park, the construction of innovative industrial complexes is envisaged, which combine production and environmental standards to promote sustainable modern development.
The territory of the future park consists of 39, located nearby, land plots. The shape of the general territory of the park is irregular. In the front part of the plot from the east passes the asphalt concrete highway M05.
There is an entrance to the park from the highway M05, and there is also a railway branch, which is convenient for the delivery of raw materials and the export of finished products.
From the east there are two one-story buildings, almost the same size. From the northwest there is one industrial building and two administrative four-story buildings. From the southern part of the land plot there are three industrial buildings, one warehouse building and a container terminal. Also from the southeastern part of the plot there are two more industrial buildings, two warehouse buildings and one administrative building. Near each building there is a parking area for vehicles, and recreation areas are planned.
