Location

The village of Rokytne is located 96 km from the capital of Ukraine, Kyiv.

Located in the Kyiv region, it has a good logistical location relative to the main strategic routes of the region.

  • To the international airport “Boryspil” – 124 km.
  • To the seaport in the city of Odesa – 408 km.
  • To the border with Poland (Shegin) – 680 km.

The site is located in a developed industrial zone. The site is surrounded by industrial enterprises on both sides. Across the road is a residential area.

Located within the boundaries of the village of Rokytne, the industrial park is provided with the necessary labor resources.

The total population of the Kyiv region is 1 million 800 thousand people.

More than 10 thousand people live in the city of Rokytne, and more than 50 thousand people live within a 20-minute car ride.

Project features, development concept

The construction of a biogas plant is planned on the territory of the industrial park, with the aim of effectively processing organic waste, producing renewable energy and reducing the negative impact of waste on the environment. The implementation of the project will ensure the utilization of organic waste, the production of biogas and organic fertilizers, and will also contribute to the development of a circular economy.

The planning structure of the territory determined for the development of the master plan for the location of the industrial site of the industrial park is formed in the system of adjacent development in accordance with the existing General Plan. According to the functional use, the design area provides for the location of a public area (administrative buildings) and an industrial and utility-warehouse area.

Technical zones with the location of a solar power plant, truck parking, garbage container sites, fire tank, artesian well, local treatment facilities and a fire extinguishing agent storage site are separately allocated.

The necessary complex of engineering and technical structures for the full functioning of the facilities is fully located within the design area.

It is planned to place the following facilities with their own engineering support system:

  • 5 one-story industrial buildings of various sizes and an elevator.
  • Engineering structures will be above-ground and underground. The permissible percentage of development is 60%. The minimum area of ​​landscaping, both total and near each building, is not less than 10% of the area of ​​the plot.
